As some of you may already know, Netflix has been attempting to block DNS services such as ours. While we still have a large amount of customers who are still unaffected, we are not able to come up with a permanent solution for those that are actually affected.
For that, we feel in order to be absolutely transparent to our customers, SimpleTelly will temporarily suspend official support for Netflix. We will, however, leave the region switcher up for those of our customers that remain unaffected so that they may use the service for as long as possible.
So if you are getting a proxy block at this time, you may contact our support team, but it’s unlikely that we will be able to provide a permanent solution.
For those that are not affected, we recommend not changing your settings too often and keep your fingers crossed!
